We are going to the Caribbean Beach resort in February 2025…we’d love to do a split stay and also be able to check out Port Orleans Riverside. Wondering if complimentary luggage move is still an option if we do a split stay at a Disney Resort?

    Hi Tanya!
    Welcome to planDisney.

I am excited to see you have a wonderful vacation planned, with a possible split stay between Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort with its enviable position on the Disney Skyliner route, and then moving to the wonderful tranquility of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, from where you can enjoy a relaxing boat ride to Disney Springs.

When you move between two Disney Resort hotels you don't need to worry about transferring your luggage - just stop by Bell Services, located by the Front Desk, and tell them you are moving to another hotel, and they will take care of your luggage and deliver it for you.  You can then go and enjoy your day!  When you arrive at your second resort hotel, check with Bell Services that your luggage has arrived.  You can either collect it yourself (if your room is ready) or they will deliver it to your room for you.  You will need to be present in your room to accept delivery.   The usual check-in time at Disney Resort hotels is 3.00 pm, but if you use Online Check-in you will receive a text message or email (whatever is your preference) with details of your room number when it is ready for you.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can also send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
