Hi Jan,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a gorgeous place to stay, with one of my favorite pools on property. Its tropical vibes put me in the vacation state of mind immediately!
I reached out to Walt Disney World’s Reservations team with your question, and they asked me to pass on a big, magical THANK YOU to you, because there seems to be an error on the "sleeps up to" section of the web page. The Cast Member I spoke to assured me that the IT team will be fixing this issue right away.
Jan, if you’re looking to book for a party of five, you will want to book in the "5th Sleeper" category in order to ensure that your room has two Queen beds and one pull-down sleeper bed. The pull-down bed is “bunk-sized,” and I have heard of teens and smaller-sized adults sleeping on it, but I do recommend calling (407) 939-1936 to ask about occupancy if your party is all fully-grown adults. There are several Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms that accommodate parties of
five adults, and the Cast Member you speak with can help point you in the right direction for your family’s comfort.
If you do decide to stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, I’ve been hearing rave reviews of
Sebastian’s Bistro. I can’t wait to sit by the window, take in the tropical scenery, and enjoy a Caribbean Mai Tai and some Jamaican Meat Pies on my next visit.
Happy planning, and please stop by again if you have any further questions!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
