    When going to my cards and bands on the Disney website it says this “Your MagicBands were sent to your Resort hotel. At your convenience, you can pick up your MagicBands at the Front Desk.“ But I didn’t order any bands for my annual passes. No hotel resrv.

     Isn't this an incredible time to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort? With so many new and exciting things happening in and out of the theme parks, there are lots of magical experiences to be had!

     As Alice would say, your notification on your My Disney Experience account is "curiouser and curiouser." It's quite peculiar that you would have such a notification when you don't currently have a Disney Resort hotel reservation booked. My best guess is that it's either an old notification or simply a glitch in the system. I suggest calling the My Disney Experience line at (407) 939-4357. The friendly Cast Members there are MagicBand experts, and they'd be happy to sort that all out for you!
