Hi, Kadie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you so much for your question - this one 'tops' them all!
I purchased a Buzz Lightyear antenna topper for my mommobile just last month. As soon as I saw your question, I raced into the garage and told Buzz to report to Star Command! He flew right down (OK . . . he really fell with style) and we searched the dark abyss of the forbidden Junk Drawer together for a tape measure. We had to defeat Zurg, who was hiding the tape measure inside the fortress of rubber bands, pen caps, and random playing cards. Luckily, Buzz has been teaching me martial arts and we were able to pull through - the mission was a great success! Buzz let me measure his belly and the antenna opening was .000021 galactometers - or .5 centimeters for us earthlings. Buzz is made out of foam, so there is some give to this as well. While I was selecting who was most deserving to become king of the mommobile from the many styles available, I did notice they all had the same sized opening. I did not notice any that were considerably larger. Antenna toppers are found at multiple gift shops throughout Walt Disney World Resort. You can use the Shop Disney Parks app for your smart phone to easily locate your favorite design.
To infinity... and beyond, Kadie!
