    My car was involved in an accident (not my fault and everyone is fine) but when they did the repairs I believe someone either stole my annual pass holder magnet or put it in the office, never to be found again. How am I able to receive another magnet?

    First of all, I'm happy to hear that no one was injured in your accident. That's always the most important thing!

    Like you, I love having my Walt Disney World passholder magnet on the back of my car and was upset when I lost mine in a car wash a while back. I was lucky enough to be able to talk my husband out of his to replace it.

    My best advice for you is to call the special annual passholder phone line to ask for a replacement: 407.560.7277. If it's possible, I'm sure they will be able to help you there.
