Does Capt Cook's have items in their refrigerated "Market" such as fruit cups like the Riverside Mill and the Intermission Food Court has? These type of items do not appear on Disney World's website under their menus. Thank you.

    Hi Jan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family has had the pleasure of staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort twice in the past several months and and we enjoyed dining at Capt. Cook's many time during our trips. I love all of the tasty dining options at Capt. Cook's, especially the Tonga Toast for breakfast and the Aloha Pork Sandwich for dinner. You will be happy to know that there is a fantastic Grab 'n' Go selection at Capt. Cook's. I found the Grab 'n' Go selection here to be very similar to the selection found at Riverside Mill Food Court in Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. On several mornings during our trip, I made a trip to Capt. Cook's early in the morning and picked up a fruit cup or grapes, yogurt and dry cereal for my kids to enjoy for breakfast. It was a great way to get some quick fuel in them in the morning so they had plenty of energy as we made our way into the parks!

    T-T-T-FN, ta ta for now!
