Does Cape May café still offer all you can eat crab legs on their evening seafood buffet? We have res in March and my 7 year old wants crab legs on his birthday. They are no longer on the online menu so I am thinking about changing to Captain Gril

Hello Angela!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I cannot tell you how much my family loves dining at Cape May Cafe, it is a must do for breakfast and dinner each trip we take.

I, too, noticed the crab legs were taken off of the official menu early last year.  It concerned me because it is literally the only thing my husband eats when we dine there for dinner.  He makes so many trips just for crab legs, other tables started to notice and giggle on our last visit.  I called and spoke with the head chef of the restaurant who told me that crab legs were still on the menu.  She did mention that they were subject to availability.  So I think that is why they aren't listed on the menu, in case of a crab shortage.  I carefully watched the reviews all last year and it seems the crab legs were there all year long, despite being left off of the menu.  I am happy to report that when we ate there a few weeks ago, my husband was absolutely able to get his fill!

I think eating at Cape May Cafe is a safe bet, I've yet to actually not see them on the buffet.  I hope your little prince enjoys his birthday meal wherever you decide to go.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
