Hello! Can't wait for our upcoming trip! We have an 8:15 am reso for breakfast at Crystal Palace. How does that work, getting into the MK before it opens - do they ask to see proof of your ADR at the gate?

    Hi Laura,

Early morning reservations -- before the park opens to other guests -- are a real treat. You get to stroll up Main Street and snap photos of Cinderella Castle with few people around. It's almost like a private tour.

When you arrive at Magic Kingdom, you can expect to see a cast member stationed at one of the entrance gates, likely with a tablet computer. You should give them your name and reservation time. I would have my confirmation number with me, just in case there is any confusion.

You will be allowed to proceed through the entrance in plenty of time to get to the Crystal Palace for your reservation. I would plan to arrive by 7:45 or so to be sure you won't be rushed during your check in and photo ops.

Have a great time, and say hello to Pooh and his friends! Please let us know if we can do anything else to help. Enjoy!
