Hi Vickie. I would not be overly concerned about the overlap with Pop Warner and Mousefest. Despite this, early-mid December historically is one of the quietest times of the year to visit. This matches my personal experience as well, having visited Disney a number of times during this month. I particularly enjoy early December as you have the benefit of all the holiday festivities in addition to the relatively small crowds. To help further limit the impact of these events, you may want to review the Mousefest plan for days at the park. Typically, they choose one park a day. If you have flexibility, I simply suggest you plan visiting a different park on those days. Enjoy your trip!
