When you log in to your MyDisney Account, you should see your name at the top of the screen: "Welcome, Rebeca!" If you hover over the My Disney Experience tab, you can click Profile under your name. Scroll down to Payment Method and click on that. There, you should be able to enter the information for a valid form of payment, like a credit card. Triple-check that your information is correct before submitting. That information can be saved for when you're booking experiences and making purchases. If you're attempting to add payment via the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you might want to try logging out and back in. If none of that works, you might want to reach out to a helpful Cast Member who can walk you through those technical difficulties.
