I’m sorry you are having trouble locating your tickets in the
Disneyland Mobile App. The tickets may have been removed because they reached their original expiration date. If this is the case don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards purchasing a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.
Do you have the confirmation email you received when you made your original purchase? This email contains your eTicket information. You may use it to re-link the tickets to your account and make your
Theme Park Reservation. If the tickets are expired, go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
