Hi Allison! Welcome to planDisney!
Can you believe that in just TWO days you will arrive for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation? It will be here in a flash. I know just how busy the last few days before a vacation can be, but it will be worth it when you are looking up at Cinderella Castle while it is all dressed up for the
Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration!
When you purchase Memory Maker and it is on your
My Disney Experience account, it is automagically linked to your photos. All you will need to do is activate Memory Maker once your first PhotoPass photo shows up on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. After you have a
PhotoPass photo taken on your vacation and it appears on the app, select the photo and you should see the option to activate your Memory Maker. Activating Memory Maker will remove the watermark on the photos and the rest of your photos should show up, ready to be downloaded!
If you want to double-check that your
Memory Maker purchase shows up on your account, it is super easy. On the
main Walt Disney World website, go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Scroll down a little bit and you'll see your "Daily Itinerary," but next to that, you'll see "Tickets & Memory Maker." Selecting that link will bring up your Walt Disney World theme park ticket and Memory Maker purchases.
I hope this helps, Allison! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
