Hi!! I can't tell how excited we are that we booked OUR STAY in Florida for DISNEYWORLD!!(insert happy dance here followed by a twirl :) ) We will be staying in Florida for 6 days. How many days are needed to visit the happiest place on earth? Tnx,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth!

As a 'happy dancer' myself, I am SO excited to help you plan your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to pick up complimentary First Visit celebration buttons on your way into your first theme park so Cast Members and Guests can help add a little bit of magic to your trip! This is a really tough question because there is really so much to do and experience at Walt Disney World Resort that I don't think anyone can ever do it all. I have been many, MANY times and every trip I still find new things to experience.

So while you could most certainly spend your entire six days exploring the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks, hotels and Disney Springs, I recommend that you plan to spend at least four days of your trip at Walt Disney World Resort so you can experience the magic that each of the parks has to offer. This will give you a day at each of the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Each park has unique attractions, entertainment and atmosphere for you to enjoy! Since Disney's Animal Kingdom does not currently have an nighttime show and generally closes a little bit earlier than the other parks, I would recommend that you plan on getting dinner reservations for that evening at one of the fantastic restaurants at Disney Springs. This area is a really fun shopping and entertainment area that my family loves to enjoy and is the perfect place to do some souvenEAR shopping for your trip!

Please let us know if you have any other questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
