Hi! Can't stop reading this panel! Love it! My question for you is this...how much time is realistic to plan for Epcot's Innoventions and Imagination! Pavilions with a 3 yr-old and a 5 yr-old? 3yr old has a short attention span.

    Hi Cindy!

Thanks for the feedback and for writing!  I just got back from a trip to Disney about a week ago. I'm going through serious withdrawal :-(   My boys are 4 and 6, and Innoventions  and Journey into Imagination (and the Kodak "What If?" Labs) are two of their favorite stops at Epcot.  Imagination usually takes less time to fully explore, as it's smaller than Innoventions.  Journey into Imagination is an adorable ride that most kids your children's ages adore.  The ride "empties" into the Kodak Labs where they can explore and play.  We usually do both the ride and Labs in about 30-35 minutes.

Innoventions is in two separate buildings.  There are more things that appeal to my kids at Innoventions West, including the "Where's the Fire?" exhibit (this is a very educational and fun interactive game that teaches kids about fire safety) and the Video Game Playground.   My little one wants to be a fire fighter, so this is one of his favorite spots in all of Disney!   On a hot day, when my kids get "caught up" by Innoventions, we can spend over an hour exploring both.

In my opinion, how much time you spend exploring these two wonderful spots depends upon a number of factors.  The weather (both are great places to cool off on a hot day, or "ride out" a passing shower), and whether your kids become engrossed with an activity or exhibit are two such factors.  You can certainly "pass through" them quickly if you need to in order to keep to an itinerary, however, if you aren't on a tight time frame, and your kids are enjoying themselves, both spots offer a wonderful reprieve from the hot sun!

    Have a great trip!
