Because I can't stand for a very long period of time, can I bring a walker with a seat through the lines of the rides at the various parks.

    Hello Kathleen,

What I'd encourage you to do is to get a Guest Assistance Card that can be obtained at any Guest Services at the parks.  The card allows you to identify your specific needs, such as not being able to stand for long periods of time.  When you present the card to a cast member, s/he will be able to offer you assistance.

And finally, you are more than welcome to have to have a walker with you. The rides all have handicap entrances; so if you need to use those to accommodate the walker, you will be able to do so.
