Hello there, Michael!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your question about your recent
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I hope you had a wonderful and memorable holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Are you ready to start planning your next vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort yet!? Michael, I'd be happy to help you work through your issues with My Disney Experience.
Now that you've returned home, I'm sure you're anxious to relive your vacation experiences through your photos captured by
Disney PhotoPass Service. (Perhaps
Memory Maker was included as part of your vacation package!?) To access these special memories via
My Disney Experience, Guests must log into the Walt Disney World Resort website using their Disney account credentials. Michael, this is the same login information you'd have used to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, as well as the credentials you'd use for other Disney services like
Disney+. It seems as though you've either forgotten your login information or you're experiencing technical difficulties while using the Walt Disney World Resort website. If the first is true and you've forgotten your username, email address, or password, I encourage you to select "Looking for username login?" on the login screen. Next, select "Need help logging in?" and enter the email address or username you believe is associated with your account to recover your password.
Michael, if you've forgotten your account username and/or email address, or if you're still experiencing difficulty, I recommend reaching out to the helpful Cast Members at the
Technical and Website Support phone line for additional assistance. They'll be able to work with you to troubleshoot your login issues so that you may proceed with downloading your Disney PhotoPass photos!
If you haven't already started to plan your next enchanting escape to the Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to check out the amazing
special offers currently available to Guests visiting from the U.K.! Not only can you still receive 14-day theme park tickets for the price of 7-day tickets in 2024, but you may even be eligible for up to
four free nights at a Disney Resort hotel. I encourage you to check out the details on the Walt Disney World Resort website, and when you're ready to start the planning process, be sure to revisit us at
planDisney. We're here to help you make magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
