I'm sorry to know that you are having trouble making
park pass reservations for your upcoming vacation. Before making park pass reservations, you'll need to make sure you've purchased Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets and then link them to your
MyDisneyExpereince account. After that, you should be able to visit the
park pass reservations website, log in and then make your selections.
If you've done all of the things listed above and it is still not working for you, my first suggestion would be to try a different internet browser. Sometimes, the Walt Disney World website works better when using different browsers like chrome, firefox and safari. If you've tried then, then maybe open up a window in incognito mode and see if that will do the trick. Just yesterday I had to do this when looking up dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. I couldn't get the site to function correctly but I opened up incognito mode and it worked perfectly.
If you think it is some other type of error, you'll need to reach out to
Guest Relations and see what can be done. I would either reach out to the website support team at (407) 939-4357 or the MyDisneyExperience team at (407) 939-4357. Phone lines are open from about 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. each day.
