I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with the virtual pre-registration process for
Disability Access Service. Let's see if we can sort it out! Start by logging into your My Disneyland account. Then, visit the
Planning with Disability Access Service page on the Disneyland Resort website. Scroll down the page and you should see a blue button that says, "Request Live Chat." Click on that button and a chat window will appear in the bottom right of your browser screen. Click on the start button within the chat window to connect with a Cast Member. It's important to note that eligible Guests can pre-register for DAS Advance virtually as soon as 30 days in advance of a park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. That pre-registration window is just about to close for you with your visit just around the corner! If you're unable to complete the pre-registration process before your arrival, not to fret. Just stop by
Guest Relations when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you in registering for DAS.

place mobile food and beverage orders at select Quick-Service dining locations, and link your Disney PhotoPass photos to your account. You can even use the app to make your next DAS return window selection!
