Hey there, Michelle! Like you, I am excited to only have one more sleep before heading to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Hot dog! Hot dog! Hot diggity dog!
Since everyone joining you is already connected to your Family & Friends list, reassigning tickets should be a breeze.
Let's go through the process on the
My Disney Experience app first, as it might be easier to get to while packing for your trip.
Open the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen) and select the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. You can scroll right to left and see all the tickets associated with people with whom you are connected. If your name is at the top of the ticket, it is assigned to you. You should also see an icon of a person with the label "Reassign Ticket." Clicking on this will pull up a list of your connections for you to select. If the ticket belongs to a family member who has their own
MyDisney account, they would be the ones who could reassign it to another Guest.
You can also do this on a web browser by opening "
My Plans." Scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and select the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Like on the app, you will see each ticket and have the option to reassign tickets that are assigned to you.
If this is not working, you can call the
Existing Tickets contact line or use the chat function online or on the app before you arrive.
Guest Relations at the entrance to each theme park can also help the morning you arrive.
I also see you have water park season passes you want to assign to your daughter's family. While your grandchildren may be too young to have their own MyDisney accounts, your daughter can create accounts she manages on their behalf. For her to do this, she can open her
Family & Friends list and follow the prompts under "+ Add a Guest." She will just need to add their names and dates of birth. Once these accounts are created, you can reassign the water park passes to them directly or assign them to your daughter for her to assign to them. Again, Cast Members at the Call Center, on chat and at the theme parks can help if you have any issues.
I hope your trip is practically perfect in every way! If you have any other questions, you know you have a friend in
planDisney!
