Hi there, Phillip! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry to hear that there is some confusion regarding your upcoming stay. I'll do my best to help you get to the bottom of this, so you can continue to prepare for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Phillip, when you made your
Disney Resort Hotel reservation, you were given the option to book a "room-only" reservation or a vacation package. Room-only reservations allow you to book your room further in advance but do not include theme park tickets or add-ons. Vacation packages allow you to add park tickets which are required to make theme park reservations. If you're not sure which type of reservation you've made, hop over to the
Walt Disney World Website and hover over the "My Disney Experience" icon on the top menu bar. Click "My Plans." You'll be prompted to log into your account if you have not yet done so. On this page, you'll find all of your active plans associated with your account, including Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and theme park tickets. If the "Ticket" section at the top is empty, you still need to
purchase tickets to make sure you can enjoy the theme parks during your visit.
If you believe you've purchased tickets already, but do not see them listed, it would be best to reach out to a Cast Member directly to help get to the bottom of the issue. They'll be able to pull up a detailed record of your account and even help you add tickets to your plans if needed. You can
reach a Cast Member by calling either the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Line or either of the two numbers listed for tickets, depending on your findings!
I hope this helps you get one step closer to the magic today, Phillip! When all is solved and you're ready to get back to planning, be sure to find time to catch one of the incredible Nighttime Spectaculars.
Disney Enchantment is currently wowing Guests at
Magic Kingdom Park, while my favorite show,
Harmonious is lighting up the night at EPCOT. You can't go wrong with either option, and you're sure to leave with a smile on your face!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
