Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear you are having difficulty getting your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. As great as technology is, it does let us down from time to time, so let's see what we can do to get this taken care of for you!
First, it looks like you may have already landed on the correct section to link your tickets, but just to be sure, I'd recommend following these steps:
- Log into your My Disney Experience App.
- Open the menu (three horizontal stacked lines on the bottom right corner) and click on "Tickets and Passes."
- From there, link on the "+" on the upper right corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes."
Based on your question, I think this is where you have been trying to link your tickets using the "Scan Code" feature, which seems to be giving you some trouble. So, let's try entering your code manually to see if that helps! First, take a look at your tickets, and locate the code number under the ticket's barcode. Then, make sure you have the number handy, and go to the "Link Tickets & Passes" section on My Disney Experience. Once there, tap on the "Enter the ID code" field, and you will be able to type in the code manually and hit submit. Hopefully, that will do the trick!
