    i cant seem to link guests, can someone pls help me?

    Isn't planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation so much fun? Of course, while it’s a blast to think about all the fun things you’ll get to do, I know the logistics can be a bit intimidating. But just know that all your hard work will end in an incredibly magical vacation for your family! Plus, your friends here at planDisney are here to help you each step of the way!

    Now, let’s talk about linking your group together in your My Disney Experience account. Luckily, it just takes a few short steps. I’ll break them down for you below:

    • First, have your group log into their My Disney Experience app and open the menu. Then, scroll down and click on "My Profile," and select "Show My Linking Code." Have them send the six-character manual code your way. One thing to note is that the linking codes are only valid for 30 minutes, so you will need to make sure you are ready to move forward with the steps below within that time.
    • Next, open your My Disney Experience app and navigate to "My Profile."
    • Then, toggle over to "Family & Friends List" and scroll down to select "Add a Guest."
    • Finally, select "Scan their linking code," then "Manually Enter a Code," and submit, which should do the trick!

    If you’re still having trouble after following these steps, I’d recommend giving the Cast Members on the technical support team a call. They will be more than happy to troubleshoot with you and get you all linked up. You can reach them by calling 0800 16 90 749.
