    I can’t seem to link my daughter from my reservation with my confirmation please help

    Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney! It's wonderful to see you are making your plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

    It sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation that you are linking to your My Disney Experience account, and you're noticing that your daughter isn't appearing in your My Family & Friends List.

    One tip I can share is to try using the "Add a Guest" feature for the My Family & Friends List and then use the "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation" option. You'll see a prompt to enter the reservation confirmation number and the last name on the reservation. 

    Maegan, if you find that this quick tip doesn't address the issue you're seeing, you can connect with a Cast Member to get some technical assistance with your My Disney Experience account using the online chat service or by calling the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 to speak with a Cast Member for some technical guidance.
