    I can't seem to find information on this site about Magical Gatherings, specifically The International Dinning & IllumiNations Dessert Reception. Is that still available? Planning to go in Dec. and we (10 of us) would really like to do that.

    Hi Diane! I'll be glad to assist you with this question. If your family is staying on Disney property, you can make your Disney vacation extra magical by booking Disney's Grand Gathering experiences. These experiences will have you enjoying some exclusive options, including the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception in Epcot. All Magical Grand Gatherings experiences can be reserved up to 180 days in advance. For instance if you plan on doing the International Dinner & Illuminations Dessert Reception on December 12, you can reserve it on June 15. At least eight guest will need to participate in order to qualify for the Grand Gathering Experiences. In addition, you will need to purchase park admission tickets to participate in this event. You can also add as many of the Grand Gathering experiences as you would like to your package. In addition to the Grand Gathering events, groups can make resort reservations, dining reservations, schedule spa treatments, arrange for childcare, and order Grand Gathering T-Shirts in advance of arrival. Please contact the Grand Gatherings team at (407) WDW-PLAN. They will help you with the details of your family's Grand Gathering experiences. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
