Hello Bryan. Thanks for taking the time to drop by planDisney.
It looks like you might have been planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth prior to the pandemic. Like so many others, I am eagerly waiting for Disneyland Resort theme parks to reopen! During this difficult time, we all can use some Pixie Dust and Disney magic.
Without knowing your backstory, Bryan, I’m guessing you purchased your park tickets and had those linked to your
Disneyland mobile app prior the Disneyland Resort temporarily closing in March 2020. Chances are that your e-tickets were removed from the Disneyland mobile app because the system registered them as past the original expiration date. Fear not, Bryan! Because Disneyland Resort theme parks remain closed, ticket expiration dates have been extended. More
detailed guidelines for ticket expiration date extensions can be found on the
Disneyland.com website. For the latest official Disney news and updates (such as reopening date for the Disneyland Resort theme parks), be sure to stay tuned to
Disney Parks Blog.
When Disneyland Resort announces reopening date, you should see your tickets reappear on your Disneyland mobile app. If they do not appear automatically, simply re-enter your ticket number into the app. If Stitch continues to cause glitches, you can also contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you.
I hope this helps, Bryan. Please drop by and visit us on planDisney again if you have any more questions. We are all EARS!
Have a magical day,
Kiki
