Hi Elaine,
I'm excited to hear that you're planning another Disney adventure! With the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival going on and well as several exciting new experiences coming like
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway,
Epcot Forever, and the
Disney Skyliner, next May will be a GREAT time to visit!
While maps are updated seasonally as well as any time a change occurs, the ones you have from 2018 are going to be
pretty close to the current maps, and are definitely a great place to start. The one exception is that Disney’s Hollywood Studios has gone through quite a transformation in the last couple of years, so your map for that theme park will be a bit outdated. With the addition of
Toy Story Land in June of 2018 and now the brand new
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, which
just opened, there will be many changes reflected on the most recent map. Of course, you'll find updated maps waiting for you when you arrive.
I do have one suggestion for you as far as being able to download the maps ahead of time. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes Stitch can be a bit pesky and I’ve found that changing browsers can help. I’ll include links to the current maps for
Magic Kingdom Park,
Epcot,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park to hopefully help point you in the right direction. If at any point you'd like to check for any updates, you'll find the theme park maps on the left-hand side just under each individual theme park's page header. Also, don’t forget that the
My Disney Experience mobile app has maps of all of the theme parks that you can view as well. There are even turn by turn directions available there, which can be really handy when you’re trying to get from Point A to Point B within the Walt Disney World Resort.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elaine, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else as you’re planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
