Hello and welcome to planDisney, John!
Your arrival date is approaching, and you will visit Walt Disney World Resort during a fantastic time of year!
To answer your question, “To enter a theme park, you will need a park reservation and valid admission for that park—for each day you’d like to visit.” Having said that, I have reviewed the
theme park availability calendar and see that while not all theme parks are available, there are some openings each day. For example, I see that (currently) from December 27-30, 2022, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and EPCOT have availability, while on the 31st, only Disney’s Animal Kingdom show openings for reservation. If you have your theme park tickets, it will be a good idea to reserve one or both of those available theme parks (during your stay), so you will have them secured.
If you have the
Park Hopper Option included with your theme park tickets, you can arrive at a second theme park at 2:00 PM, as long as it is not at capacity. For example, you begin your day at EPCOT (your reserved theme park for that day), and at 2:00 PM, you decide to visit and end your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You can enter with no issues as long as it is not at capacity. I am sending lots of pixie dust your way so you can have the experience you desire.
We will be here if you have additional questions prior to your arrival.
Have a magical time!
Raquel
