Let's see if I can help with what sounds like a technology glitch. If your
Magic Key isn't showing up in the
Disneyland mobile app, you might need to link it again. Your original confirmation of purchase e-mail will contain the Magic Key ID number, which you can enter to link the pass on the app. Click the three-bar menu on the bottom right of the app, select the "Tickets and Passes" tile, and click the "+" sign to "Link Tickets & Passes." You'll enter the confirmation number under "Type ID."
Hopefully, that will take care of it. If that doesn't do the trick, you can always call the
dedicated phone line for Magic Key Holders. A friendly Cast Member can assist you with any questions and issues associated with your Magic Key.
