Gloria from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I can't make another reservation to a park date in the summer. Can I get a full refund?

    Hey, Gloria. Welcome to planDisney.

Oh, bother. I'm sorry to hear your summer plans aren't quite working out. There's nothing worse than having to cancel a Disney trip. Hopefully, it won't be long before you're able to visit again. Mickey and his pals will be eagerly waiting for you to return.

Unfortunately, Gloria, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. I realize that's not the answer you were hoping to hear. Thankfully, Disneyland tickets never lose their value. Even after they expire, you can always apply their value to a new ticket (you might just have to pay any difference in price). At least you now have a good excuse to come back to The Happiest Place on Earth. To see if anything else can be done about your tickets, you could always call Tickets (714-781-4636) and explain your situation to a friendly Cast Member. However, the official policy is that refunds are not permitted.

I hope that's clarifying, Gloria. I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney. If you ever have questions about an upcoming Disney trip, you know where to find us. We're always here to help fellow Guests plan their next Disney adventure.
