Hi Norma,
Thank you for sending a question to planDisney!
Well, this is an interesting dilemma. I checked the
theme park availability calendar and it looks as if there is park availability for your arrival date. On May 4th, Disney's Hollywood Studios only has park availability for Annual Passholders. So, if that was the date you are trying to reserve and you are not an Annual Passholder, then that might explain your inability to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
Also check to make sure your
theme park tickets are
linked in your
My Disney Experience account and check to make sure you have enough days of valid theme park admission to cover the days for which you are trying to make park pass reservations. If you are an Annual Passholder and are unable to make park pass reservations, remember that, in addition to park pass reservations tied to resort hotel stays,
Annual Passholders can only have three stand-alone park pass reservations at a time.
If you have enough days of valid theme park admission or have not used all three of your stand-alone days as an Annual Passholder, there is theme park availability but you still cannot make a park pass reservation, then I suggest you
contact a Cast Member. I was unable to make park pass reservations once for some inexplicable reason and a Cast Member had to assist. Finally, if you have theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option, know that, at this time, you can only make a park pass reservation at one park per day. Park hopping availability will depend on park capacity on the day you are trying to park hop. Be sure to check the
My Disney Experience Mobile App for push notifications on park availability.
Norma, I hope this helps. Making those park pass reservations is important since park capacity could be limited. Also keep your eye on the
operational updates since policies and procedures could change. As you continue to make plans,
May the 4th Be With You!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
