    I can't get a reservation at The Crystal Palace for lunch or dinner on the days we will be at the MK. Is there any chance that some people make reservations and do not show up? Is it worth trying in person once we are there?

    Your instincts qualify you for a virtual Moms Panel fist bump!! :)
    Although it's unfortunate that you were not able to get an ADR (Advance Dining Reservation) for Crystal Palace, hope is not lost. People cancel (or worse, just don't show up for) their reservations quite often. I would absolutely try early and often on your visits to the Magic Kingdom to see about any last minute openings. Your perseverance and willingness to be flexible may just get you that coveted seat after all...that and a little pixie dust!
