    I can't pull my reservation up on the new Disney web site. It says my reservation cannot be located. What do I need to do?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the Disney website.  I'd encourage you to call 1-407-W-DISNEY directly to speak to a cast member who should be able to help you to solve the problem.
