I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through on the phone to the Cast Members at Walt Disney World. I can assure you they are trying their best to assist Guests in a timely manner, but I do know that call volumes are very high right now and people are experiencing longer than usual wait times. (The good news is the "hold" music is quite magical while you wait!)
The
Walt Disney World Resort website has a Chat feature that can be very helpful, where you can actively chat with a Cast Member as you navigate the site and make choices regarding your
Disney Resort Collection hotel,
Dining Reservations,
Tickets, and more. I find that a chat window pops up often when I'm using the site. You can also head to the
Help Center and select the Chat feature (if available). There is also an option on the Help Center page to send an
email request with your question, and a Cast Member will get back to you.
The planDisney panel is made up of real Guests, just like you, who have visited Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and sailed with Disney Cruise Line numerous times. We aren't Cast Members, but are moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents and more that would love to share our Disney knowledge and insight with Guests!
