    I can't make a park reservation on your website for several days. You suggest I call. There is a 90 minute wait. Any other suggestions.

    Let us first celebrate the fact that you are ready to make Disney Park Pass system reservations! I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to make those reservations. I wish I could make them for you, but we are unable to make any account changes or reservations. If you have not done so already, check to make sure your theme park tickets and resort hotel (if you have a resort hotel reservation) are linked in your My Disney Experience account.

    If you are trying to make park pass reservations for others, double-check to make sure they are linked in your My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience and check to make sure they have valid theme park admission linked to their My Disney experience accounts. If tickets are not linked for everyone in your party, you will not be able to make park pass reservations for them. Also double-check to make sure that those tickets are linked to the correct profiles. You might have multiple profiles for folks listed in your Family & Friends List. Just make sure you are selecting the profiles with the tickets linked.

    Also check the theme park reservation availability calendar to be sure there are park passes available for the dates of your visit. I just checked and it looks like, currently, there is availability. If there is park pass availability and you have linked your theme park tickets, and still are unable to make park pass reservations, you will need to call to speak with someone in Website Support. They can access your My Disney Experience account and help to resolve the problem. I had to call last week and was on hold for almost three hours, so I can empathize with your dilemma. Luckily, I was able to put the phone on speakerphone, leave it on the table, and just stay on hold while I did other tasks until a Cast Member answered. 

    Lenora, given the dates of your visit, I would definitely stay persistent and call. I would not wait until arrival to try to resolve the park pass issue. Sending you an extra batch of pixie dust for patience as you call!
