It looks like Stitch is up to no good again... I told him to stop messing with Guests' Theme Park Reservations! He probably got so excited when he heard that you're going to be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort in the near future, that he caused a full-blown crash. But don't worry, my friend! There are a couple of things we can try to get you on your way to the magic.
First things first, I'd like you to make sure that your Theme Park tickets have in fact been linked to your Disney account. To do this, please open your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and click on Tickets and Passes. If you see the tickets, great! Now, let's make sure that those tickets have been linked to you and your travel party by simply scrolling through the tickets and confirming that the names are correct. If they aren't, you'll need to link those tickets to your travel party now by selecting the Reassign Ticket option and following the steps.
If everything looks good up until this point, let's try to make those Theme Park Reservations again! Head to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over
Parques y Tickets, click on
Reservaciones para Parques Temáticos, and click on
Haz una reservación para un Parque. Now, simply follow the steps and you'll be good to go! However, if you're still having trouble making your reservations, I highly encourage you to switch over to a different browser and try again. When this happens, I usually switch from Google Chrome to Safari and it always does the trick! If you would prefer to use a different one,
there's actually a list of recommended browsers for you to choose from.
