Those
Disney MagicMobile Passes are great and add convenience at your fingertips. I am so sorry to hear that you have issues adding your Disney MagicMobile Pass to your Apple Wallet. Isn’t technology great (when it works)? I, too, have had some problems adding some of my Disney MagicMobile Passes to my Apple Wallet, and it was the strangest thing.
I recommend trying one of the following to see if you can add them to your Apple Wallet: Be sure your phone is updated to the latest version of your iOS for your phone, and make sure your
My Disney Experience app is updated as well. Also, have you tried choosing a different design? For some reason, I had the most challenging time adding a specific design for my son to my Apple Wallet, but once I changed the design, I was able to add it (bizarre, but it worked). Once added, I was able to go in and change the design back to the first design I chose. I am not sure if that is a real fix, but it may be worth trying. If that does not work, it might be helpful to call 407-939-4357 and speak directly to a cast member that can assist you.
