Hello Peter, and welcome to planDisney.
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for your long wait times for support, as the world is slowly emerging from the COVID-19 crisis many Guests such as yourself are eager to begin travel to
Walt Disney World Resort.
I am also very sorry you are experiencing difficulty
linking your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If I may try to be of some assistance, maybe these suggestions might work for you, Peter.
I, too, as a Guest, have experienced glitches during my planning with the official Walt Disney World Resort websites, and sometimes it helps if I go into incognito mode. If this doesn’t work for you, then the issue
might be because of your web browser, in particular, if using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Please take a look at the
recommended browsers suggested by Walt Disney World Resort for optimal performance. If you still experience difficulty, Peter please try the
email button on the Walt Disney World Resort Help Center page on the far right. I recently used this mode of communication and found it efficient and my matter was resolved to my satisfaction.
Once you have that taken care of you should be able to proceed with securing your
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations. As well, in preparation for your arrival, you may wish to consider the new theme park ticket option called the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service which will save you time in lines for 40+ attractions that offer the Lightning Lane Entrance. You can add this option to your theme park tickets in advance of your arrival via your Disney account or during your visit via the My Disney Experience app.
Pro Tip - you may wish to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet in your mobile device through
Disney MagicMobile Service - I found it convenient using my Apple Watch in Express Mode to access my theme park tickets for entry.
I hope this information is helpful, Peter, and I also hope you are able to resolve the linking of your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to proceed with your planning.
