Marcela, I am sorry that you are having difficulty linking your park tickets on the app. If your tickets are showing up in the My Disney Experience app, they are already linked to your profile. If you are trying to link them to your My Disney Experience account, you can try and do so on the website, utilizing the code that is included in the email after your purchase. If you continue to have difficulty with your tickets, you will need to speak with
