Hi Linda,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Linda, it sounds like your Theme Park tickets may already be linked in your
My Disney Experience mobile app, but we can check to make sure. To confirm, open the app and click on the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select the box called “Tickets and Passes”. On the following screen, if you see your tickets, they are already linked! You’ll see your name, the type of ticket, the days remaining, and the expiration date. Typically, if you purchase your tickets while signed into your My Disney Experience account, the tickets will automatically be loaded into your account.
If your tickets aren’t in “Tickets and Passes”, the next step would be to call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. But first, you’ll want to locate the confirmation email you received when you booked your tickets. Once you have the email, reach out to the Cast Members, they should be able to help you link your tickets. When the tickets are linked, you’ll be one step closer to the magic!
One extra tip, make sure to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations before your trip. These reservations are combined with your ticket for entry into the Theme Parks. You’ll need one reservation per day, per guest. They’re really easy to book, but you’ll want to do so as soon as possible so you can book the days and parks that work best for your party. If you’re wondering about availability, check out the
Theme Park Reservation calendar!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort in March.
If you have further planning or vacation questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
