Hi John! Welcome to planDisney.
Hello from the Walt Disney World Resort! We are here celebrating my husband's return from his deployment, and we're using the fantastic
Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets to enjoy our time in the parks. Before I walk you through the steps for linking your tickets, I'd like to thank you for your service to our country. I know just how important together time is for our military families, and I know you're going to love your R&R at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
It sounds like you've already attempted linking the tickets you purchased on base to your
My Disney Experience account. You'll log in and then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the "+" symbol to add your tickets. Then, select "Link Tickets & Passes." On this screen, select "Where is the ID number?" to see a list of ticket types and the location of the Ticket ID. You will need to scratch off the silver section to reveal your full Ticket ID and then enter that number in the field. If you're using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you may also use the barcode scanner to enter your Ticket ID.
If you've tried all that with no luck, you'll need to
call (407) 939-4357 to speak with a friendly Cast Member at the My Disney Experience Help Desk. There are several different types of military tickets and formats, and they will be able to help you get your tickets linked.
Once you have your tickets linked to each Guest, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for each date of your visit. Reservations are required as part of the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, and I recommend making them as early as you can for the best availability.
Thank you for stopping by with your question, John. As you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, please come back and see us if you think of any further questions. It's always a pleasure to help a fellow military family with their Disney dreaming.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
