I can’t link myself with my family for park reservations. Please help

    Hi Andrea,

Welcome to planDisney! Well, this is a dilemma! Let's see how we can resolve it.

First things first, I assume that you have your family connected in your My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If everyone is connected, you should see them listed in your My Family & Friends List. If not, just click on Add a Guest and then select how you want to add them. I typically elect to enter their name and age and then, if they have a My Disney Experience account, I send them an invitation to connect to the email address associated with that account. Once you are all connected, be sure to select the option to share all plans. Once you all are connected and plans are shared, you should see park pass reservations for everyone.

Once you make sure everyone is connected in the My Family & Friends List, check everyone's Disney Park Pass system reservations. If everyone has a Disney Park Pass system reservation for the same park, you should be fine, even if it does not look as if all of the reservations are grouped. If you are saying that everyone else has a park pass reservation listed in My Disney Experience and you do not, then it sounds as if you may not have park pass reservations. I would suggest that you try to make those reservations again. Or, if you have a park pass reservation but it is not for the same park that your family is planning to visit, then you need to cancel that park pass reservation and try to make one for the park they plan to visit. If none of these suggestions resolves your problem, it may help to contact a Cast Member by phone in Website Support.

I am so happy to see that you are planning early! Be sure to consider making advanced dining reservations. These are a must-do for my family. We love to take a break to talk about the rides we have experienced or our plans for the remainder of the day. Looking at the dates of your visit, I hope you are planning to stop by for some happy haunting at the Disney After Hours Boo Bash

Andrea, keep planning! And definitely keep your eye on announcements related to The World's Most Magical Celebration which launches just before your visit. You have picked a dreadfully exciting time to go!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
