I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your Walt Disney World Resort tickets in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. As my ol' friend Pooh would say, "Oh, Bother!" I am happy to try and give you a few troubleshooting tips to see if we can get things sorted out.
First, while I love the
My Disney Experience Mobile App on our magical visits, I find it easier to link tickets and do other profile maintenance items through my laptop on the Walt Disney World Resort website. I suggest trying that option to link your tickets. You'll want to hover over "My Disney Experience" from the homepage, and select "My Plans." From there, you can hover over "Park Tickets" and select "Link Tickets." Each theme park admission ticket should be entered under each person's My Disney Experience profile (you may have to create a profile or link to an existing one prior to adding the tickets) and you are only able to link up to 10 passes or tickets.
If you are still having trouble getting your passes linked and all set up for your magical visit, I recommend calling the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk as they should be able to see your account and work through the process of linking the tickets and accounts together.
