i can't see my hotel reservation or tickets in my experience/trip planning app. How can I add the information so I can make plans?

    Hi Glenda!

Thank you so much for bringing this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of trouble right now. I'll hope that this is just a temporary hiccup with the Disneyland Mobile App and wish for some pixie dust to clEAR things up in a hurry!

While I don't have the proper magic mirror to see what you're seeing (well, not seeing) I have two ideas. First, on a desk or laptop computer, try to enter your reservation information to the "My Disneyland" tab on the Disneyland Resort website. When looking at the Disneyland Resort website, this tab is all the way at the top right side of the screen, just to the right of a shopping cart icon and just below the oval search bar. Instead of clicking the tab, hover over it so a drop-down menu appears. From this drop-down menu, click 'My Hotel Reservations.' In this screen you should be able to add your hotel reservation.

The other idea is to call the friendly Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservation line. They'll be able to confirm your vacation plans and tickets in their system, as well as provide any up-to-the-minute updates they've received. Their phone number is (714) 956-Mickey, or (714) 956-6425.

I also want to share with you, Glenda, that Mickey has set up a Travel Information page that is being updated constantly with all things relating to this temporary closure. This, as well as the Disney Parks Blog, are going to be the best places to watch for the newest news and info in returning to the Happiest Place on Earth.

I hope this (and the pixie dust) helped a bit, and if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions Glenda, We're All Ears!
