Hey Paola, and welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you stopped by.
I definitely understand changing plans! Luckily
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are pretty flexible. The first thing I would check is when your tickets' expiration dates are - you should be able to find this on your email confirmation when you purchased the tickets. Depending on the expiration date, you may not need to worry about getting a credit for the tickets for a future vacation but could instead use these tickets with a
theme park reservation the next time you plan to visit the parks! However, the exact expiration date depends on the type of ticket and date of original purchase.
For example, if you purchased one-day tickets today, they would be valid through December 30, 2024. If you purchased multi-day tickets today, they would be valid through January 12, 2025. Though I notice you're messaging from California, so I wanted also to note that if you purchased the
SoCal resident special offer tickets, then those tickets would expire on May 25, 2023.
If your tickets do expire, you'll want to
call the Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member. They'll be able to help you apply the credit of those tickets to a ticket purchase for a future vacation!
As a quick aside, November is one of my favorite times to visit the Disneyland Resort. My family and I typically visit in mid-November to see all of the
Christmas decorations, and we typically experience a bit lighter crowds as well! If you are able to plan your next trip around this time, I'd highly recommend it. Make sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for more information about all the fun things going on around the resort during the holidays as well.
Thank you again for your question, Paola! Please come back and see us again if you think of any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
