Greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Clarizza, we thank you for your excellent question!
Clarizza, I am sorry that you are experiencing a delay with your
Disney Cruise Line Online Check-In as a result of your husband's Citizenship changes, and I highly recommend that you persist in
contacting Disney Cruise Line either by telephone or by using the Email option, as the Online Check-In is mandatory for the completion of important documentation, as well as selecting your Port Arrival Time on your day of sailing. You can still check in online up to one day before sailing if you are able to. Please note, that you can also use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for your Online Check-In by accessing
My Reservation and selecting the Online Check-In feature.
Please take a closer look at the
Passports, Visas & Citizenship Documentation required in preparation for your Online Check-In which may be helpful to you in possibly selecting an alternate, acceptable form of documentation for your husband.
In preparation for your sailing, kindly refer to
Disney Cruise Line's Know Before You Go resource as there are a few important steps to complete prior to sailing at this time.
Tips:Take a look at this handy
Packing List for Disney Cruises to help you sort out what you may wish to bring along on your magical voyage.
Download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans throughout the sailing, and to refer to the daily schedule of activities, events and entertainment, as well as utilise the convenient
Onboard Chat feature to communicate with your travel party.
Disney Cruise Line offers
Professional Photography during your sailing, and you may wish to save by pre-booking the Unlimited Digital Package in advance of your sailing to capture all your special and unique memories during your sailing to reflect on for years to come.
Clarizza, I hope everything works out in your favor with your Online Check-In and I wish you a wonderful sailing with Disney Cruise Line!
Jacqueline
