Hi, Nimbe!
Fall is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. Mickey loves this time of year, too, so he always has his fun
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Tickets for this spook-tacular event usually go on sale around April, so keeping checking the
Disney Parks Blog for any updates on event dates and ticket sales.
When traveling with a 3 year old, you will need to be flexible. Although this party goes until midnight, your little one might be done with the fun much earlier. To get the most of your time, get to the Magic Kingdom at 4pm. Although the official party does not start until 7pm, guests with a valid Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party ticket are admitted after 4pm. Plan to eat early as some quick service locations will close during the party. If you prefer a table service meal, book that as soon as you hit your 180 day booking window.
Check the event Times Guide for Trick or Treat locations. Your child will get a kick out of all the candy! Also check the times for The
Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. I just love seeing the "happy haunts" from the Haunted Mansion come to life. The parade will run twice during the party, but I suggest the earlier parade so you can get your little one back to the resort and into bed at a decent hour.
Your little Mouseketeer is welcome to wear a Halloween costume to the party. Plan to bring a change of clothes, because if the costume gets hot or itchy or it just is not fun anymore, a comfortable outfit will be a life saver.
Wishing you very Happy Halloween!
Cathy
