I can't find my tickets. Where are they housed/located online?

Greetings Louis and welcome to planDisney!

Louis, I’m a little bit older so I remember having paper tickets and waiting on snail mail to deliver my tickets!  There was an anticipation, sometimes for weeks for those tickets to finally get to my doorstep!  Now, Mickey and his mouseketools can deliver those tickets to us in a flash!

If you purchased your tickets through Walt Disney World, you should be able to find them on your My Disney Experience website account or app. Log in to your account and select “My Tickets & Passes”. Any theme park tickets or annual passes should appear. You can then scan these digital tickets when entering a theme park, add them to your digital wallet, or link them to your MagicBand+

If you don’t see your tickets listed, select the plus sign in the upper right corner of the app, and this will allow you to link your tickets with an ID number. You can find your ticket ID number on your transaction email that was sent to you when you purchased your tickets. If you purchased your tickets through a third-party option, you could use the Online Linking Tool

Louis, I hope you have the time to visit the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival while you are in town in March!  I see that when you are in town that the Garden Rocks Concert Series features one of my favorite British Invasion bands Herman’s Hermits featuring Peter Noone! I know, just like the snail mail tickets that ages me! I’d be front row center at the America Gardens Theatre to dance to “I’m Into Something Good” and “There’s a Kind of Hush”!

Louis, I hope you dance and have an amazing time during your adventure! And don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
