    Can’t find tickets

    Hi Ellen,

Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Walt Disney World tickets. Let me offer a few possible solutions for your issue.

If you are having trouble finding where to purchase Walt Disney World theme park tickets, simply use the link I just provided and you can select the type of tickets that you want to purchase.

Once you have theme park tickets, you will want to be sure that they are linked in your My Disney Experience account, and that each is assigned to a guest. You can access your My Disney Experience account through the website, or you can use the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

If you are looking for your tickets in your My Disney Experience account online, once you have logged into the My Disney Experience website, head to the drop-down menu and choose "My Plans." Scroll down the page a bit, and you will find the heading for "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Toward the left side of the page just under this heading is a place to click on "Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker." By clicking on this selection, you will see the tickets that you have and the guests to whom they are linked.

If you are using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, from the start screen, choose the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand side of the screen. From there, select the tile for "Tickets and Passes." This should show you all of the tickets that you have linked to each guest.

If you have lost tickets at home that were never linked to My Disney Experience, I suggest that you gather up as much information as you can find about them, for example, see if you can find an old e-mail confirmation of the purchase. Then, I would call Walt Disney World to ask a cast member for assistance. They will do their best to help you with whatever your situation may be. There are many options on the website that I just linked for phone numbers to call. Simply choose the one that is the most relevant to your situation.

Ellen, I hope that the information above is helpful for you. If we can clarify further, or if you have any additional questions, please feel free to come back to planDisney!
