Kristin from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I can't find my ticket ID anywhere even though my tickets are linked to My Disney experience.

    Greetings, Kristin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are thrilled to hEAR from you and hope you are having a magical time planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

My Disney Experience can be a little tricky to figure out at first, but once you do, it will be your go-to for all your planning needs. I love how it keeps all our information in one handy spot and that we still have the flexibility to make adjustments if our plans change. I am super excited to try out the new Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on our next trip--it's like a FastPass+ selection for your dining!

To answer your question, your Ticket ID should be listed under the "MagicBands and Cards" category of your My Disney Experience Account. Under your MagicBand (if you have any) it should also show a card with a number, that should be your Ticket ID. If you are still unsure, the team at the My Disney Experience Help Desk is fantastic and you'll find their number on this Walt Disney World Resort phone number directory.

Have a magical vacation, Kristin, and please come visit us again soon with any other questions you may have.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
