    I can’t find my reservations for May 27, 2019. What do I need to do?

    Hi Sharon! Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm so excited to see you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort at the end of May! You are visiting during one of my favorite times of year! The 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is March 6 to June 3, 2019. Epcot will come alive with amazing floral displays and awe-inspiring topiaries, yummy food at outdoor kitchens and fantastic entertainment! I know you will enjoy being there during this beautiful time of year!

    Sometimes Stitch gets a bit excited about Guests coming to visit him and eats information on certain pages. Because you are not able to see your reservation information in your My Disney Experience account, my first recommendation is for you to call the My Disney Experience Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members are amazing and so helpful!

    If, for some reason, they cannot locate your reservation information, my next suggestion would be to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 or Dining Reservations at (407) 939-1947. When you call in, be sure to have as much information as you can. If you have your reservation number, that will be extremely helpful. If not, the Cast Member(s) you talk to will use other information (such as your phone number) to locate your reservation information.
